This is an interactive and engaging Digital Escape Room Game for Speech Therapy. Help Henry find the clues and crack the code! This game is inspired by escape room adventures I have been on with my family. It’s so fun finding all the clues and piecing them together to achieve the task! The narrative of this game is that Henry wants to watch his favorite movie online but first he needs to find the wifi password. His mother has hidden parts of the password all around the home. In this PowerPoint game, you search a house to find red envelopes that hold parts of the wifi password.
This download includes a self-checking google form that players input the wifi password into. If the password is correct the players can submit the form and receive their reward (if you choose to include one).
This game is editable! You can play open-ended but if you want to personalize the game you can! You can add any targets to the clue cards and can also edit the google form if you want to (e.g. you may want to add a link to a reward game or video link which is shown once the form is submitted with the correct password).
This game is great for teletherapy or in-person therapy! It works on a computer and on an iPad. On a computer, and in teletherapy, you can easily split-screen the 2 files next to each other. On an iPad, you would need to move between the google form and the PowerPoint game window. Alternatively, if you are in person you can use the provided printable worksheets and you can input the password at the end of the game once you have all the parts.

Important Information!
Computer Users
You will need to open this game in the desktop version of PowerPoint (2016 or newer). We can NOT guarantee this will work in the browser-based web app version of PowerPoint on a computer. This game works in PowerPoint for Mac and Windows.
iPad Users
This game can be used on an iPad but first you need to edit it on your computer. Once you have set up the game you can send the file to your iPad and open it in the iPad app version of PowerPoint.
Teletherapy Use
To play these games in teletherapy you need to open the game on your computer and then share your screen within your teletherapy platform. Then IF your platform allows it you can share mouse controls so the student can interact with the game. This step is NOT essential, you can still use these in a fun engaging way without giving mouse controls, you can just interact with the game for the student. In this situation I have the student tell me what to choose and when to do certain things in the game. It helps them maintain a sense of control and participation.
